Yours is the kind that needs bed rest,
You need your dealer to come and visit Every day for a week,
To fix you 3 x’s a day Until you are back up on your feet,
There’s nothing else You can do Except stay warm under The blankets Until the rain stops.
The aches and pains to familiar Will eventually reduce enough for you to rise,
Walk about without stone-cold feet;
Suddenly the topic changes Now you’re thinking of Someone sweet Remembering the meet,
You think how it was worth the difference of the swirling Dervish Your life’s been through;
To see this guy Drive right thru you.
3rd times a charm Is the best yet to come?
As you keep your strength Up for work Staying in & Staying dry
On this rainy Saturday, Writing the memory of his passing by;
