“The more honest you are with yourself,
the clearer life becomes.”
This is being true to yourself
and
accepting who you are.
Honesty is a virtue
and
it is fundamental to our
personal integrity and societal trust.
If we can’t be honest with ourselves,
how can we be honest with others?
Self-honesty has a transformative power
which can guide us towards a life with purpose.
Being honest with ourselves
means
that we recognize our own feelings, beliefs and motives,
even if these are difficult to accept.
Engaging in this self-reflection
gives us a deep understanding
of ourselves and “who” we are.
This gives us clarity
in our thinking
and
in our actions.
This also improves our relationships with others
because they know
that we are honest within ourselves.
