Be Determined

We're determined to achieve our fit,

And get in shape, bit by bit,

From morning runs to gym routines,

We'll do whatever it takes, so it seems.

We'll push ourselves to the brink,

Sweat pouring down as we think,

Of the stronger, healthier selves we'll be,

If we stick to our goals with glee.

We'll swap those sugary snacks,

For protein shakes and wholesome tracks,

We know it won't be easy or quick,

But we won't give up, we're no trick.

Day by day, we'll get toned,

Our muscles strong and nicely honed,

And when we finally reach the end,

We'll see just how far we did extend.

So let's focus on the prize,

And not give in to any lies,

For we'll be victors in the end,

Strong, fit, and ready to ascend.
