Breathe. Silence. Patience.

Now grab my hand and follow me.

The ocean wants to hear you speak.

Remove the cachet to reveal your true self: no despair,

peace in self-reflection.

Assign back burners to your relations.

Next, let go of all expectations.

Breathe. Silence. Patience.

OK, now close your eyes. Look within.

Can you hear the waves crash? Listen again.

After that, repeat these words:

"Be at peace, waves from the deep, the ones who bring a beautiful death's sweet release and G-d rest the souls in the cycle of life that is set to repeat."

Ok now look up. Do you see how the sun is as bright as it’s ever been?

Observe the colliding horizons and ocean winds.

Notice the boats and sails pushing way beyond.

Close your eyes. Take a deep breath. You belong.

Inspiration can find elation and stay where the sun will shine,

and I assure you, you don't need a reason why.

Breathe. Silence. Patience.
