There once was a banana named Peel,

Who was always quite slippery and slippery as eel.

He would slip and slide,

On the kitchen floor inside,

Making everyone's life quite an ordeal.

🍌

He would hang in the bunch all day,

Being yellow and ripe in every way,

But as soon as someone would try,

To peel him and take a bite,

He would slip right out of their hand and play.

🍌

He thought it was quite a hoot,

To be slippery underfoot,

But little did he know,

That his days were numbered, low,

As soon as he was spotted, he was up for the boot.

🍌

So if you ever see a banana being slippery,

Just remember Peel, the slippery fellow,

And be careful, or you might just slip,

And land on your back with a flip,

And have a good laugh on the way to the mellow.
