This young man,
Had a bag of books that
He would carry with him everywhere -
Fictional stories of every genre and age group.
The book bag must not be touched I’m told,
“How are you going to get through all of those?” I ask.
He turns his head away,
Choosing not to dignify me with a response to
Such an obviously preposterous question.
I guess it shall be done!! 😁

Recently, the pleasant surprise of placement on the Vocal Bonus Leaderboard sent me down a rabbit hole. Now, rabbit holes are a pretty common place for me to spend time, but I don't always feel the call to write about them. To be honest, the thought of sharing some of them mortifies me.
