Bad Times
Photo by Marc-Olivier Jodoin on Unsplash

Amidst the shadows of a growing world,

The bad outweighs the good.

It is a stunning scary view,

Of what we might have passed by,

In our other lifetime,

It is a sinister thought,

In the least fragmentation.

A wild Kaleidescope of opium.

Igniting a passion, we didn't know we had,

Leaving us all in a thrall of cement,

Something seen and not heard,

Compare it to a rascal with a broken heart,

The memory will crush you to ribbons.

Turning everything to mush.

A corner spread eagle on the bed,

Lacerated by my mental taste of destruction.

Follow it till it is gone...
