meaning, under the right circumstances, people will crack under the right pressure.

Silence is golden,

an abundance of speech is not a treasure.

Actions speak louder than words,

let their actions be your Rosetta.

When ties are severed,

and during the absence of friendship, people conspire and become more clever.

This is the time when they grow more jealous and treacherous than ever before.

When you are basking in your accomplishments, they smile,

but…this smile is far from an enjoyment of your successes.

This smile is because they are contemplating on how they can make your success their lever—

only using you to make themselves better.

Life is a professor.

It taught me friends last a semester,

but enemies last forever.

Now, I know better.
