Anxiety
My fear strikes my mind,
I need to protect myself-
I am very scared…
Depression
I feel very numb..
Everything was so painful-
and it’s hopelessness…
C-PTSD
I carried this pain-
Everything is a nightmare!
I felt more broken…
PMDD
My life is like hell…
It’s An endless loop cycle
Every single month…
