Awareness

you are a distant island beside the constellation of dusk; There in the clove-cinnamon forest lies solitude.

By Wasib reza FahimPublished about a year ago • 1 min read

you are a distant island

beside the constellation of dusk;

There in the clove-cinnamon forest

lies solitude.

The ability to color this world red is true;

but the end of that truth is not truth.

Today, many colors roam through the sun

as life,

Trying to love one another like humans do—

but I have seen, in my very own hands,

brothers, friends, family lying dead.

The depths of Earth are now

deeply sick and speechless;

And though man is wise,

he is in debt—to the Earth.

Consciousness, if this path is lit—only then

will the world be redeemed;

That too, will be the work

of many centuries of sages.
