Dancing in the sky so far and wide,
A natural wonder, a magical ride.
The Northern Lights, a sight to behold,
A colorful display, stories are told.
Reds and greens, purples and blues,
A symphony of colors, nothing to lose.
A display of nature's beauty and might,
A show that is spectacular, day or night.
Aurora borealis, a name so grand,
A cosmic dance, a symphony band.
A natural phenomenon, hard to explain,
A sight to be seen, again and again.
So if you ever get the chance,
To witness this dance, take a glance.
The Northern Lights, a treasure to behold,
A moment to remember, stories to be told.

Recently, I spoke with a family member who I struggled to catch up with for a longer timespan than I would’ve liked and what struck me was how societal templates filled in on successive days routinely suck our time into a vacuum of seemingly infernal deficiency.
