Audra

The queen of weather.

By Jemimah Kennedy RochesterPublished 5 years ago • 1 min read

The girl slept.

And the wind howled, pleading for salvation.

The girl slept.

And the rain wept, begging for forgiveness.

The girl slept.

And the thunder roared, beseeching for freedom.

And then the girl woke.

And the storm fell silent .

For the storm knew that the girl was there cruel mistress,

And despite her childlike, innocent features, her heart was as black as a ravens wing.

Because the girl was Audra, the queen of storm, and she would forever be there ruler.
