Attempted Suicide

Attempt Averted

Attempted suicide;

She stood on the edge with a smile,

Born on the edge with a coke and a smile.

I knew she was fearless though not quite like this.

Talk more than you listen...

Right now my mouth is fumbling,

Though I doubt she is listening...

This was quite an experience,

Living out here on this edge.

No Titanic but she said hold my hand and don't let go;

Willing to go out as far as you can go...

Assisted suicide;

He said this is crazy,

Not ready,

We can't do it;

Coaching him forward she said

"Are those not Nike's?... Shut up "Just do it".

Raised on the edge with a coke and a smile,

He might just lose it.

What an experience,

Hand in hand,

Beautiful view her against this backdrop...

Could never turn my back;

Could never watch her drop.

Us it on the edge; what an experience...
