A Poem

There you sat gazing in my direction

I could feel eyes locked on me

My every move was being watched

Though judgment not the goal

The way my body in synch

Swayed with the dreams direction

And you reached between your legs

Images locked away in this world

That only asleep would be shared

Neither of us fully in control

Just me the watched

And you the watcher

I never saw your face

I never felt your loving touch

But when I awoke

Every part of my being

knew you'd been with me there
