Scarred earth cradles the bones of forgotten generations,
Mothers with empty arms still feel the weight of the lost.
Innocence, torn by hands of hate,
Famine, a silent executioner—its touch unseen,
A weapon wielded without mercy.
Legacy scorched, lands salted, roots severed,
History rewritten by the victor’s pen,
Our stories erased from textbooks,
Yet whispered in kitchens, kept alive by candlelight.
No peace in hearts where sons bury fathers too soon,
Eyes burning with a vengeance that grows with the years,
A child’s rage ticking beneath the surface,
A broken lineage, haunted by what’s been stolen.
But memories—those cannot be erased,
They live, passed from trembling lips to listening ears,
A fire that refuses to die in the dark.
