Artificial

Man. Wife. Daughters. Dog

By Avery EcholsPublished 6 years ago 1 min read

We have all the components. Man. Wife. Daughters. Dog. Here we exist. All the ingredients for a “happy family” stashed away in the cabinet. And yet, why does it feel so artificial? So forced and rotten.

Man

Wife

Daughters

Dog

Is this not what was in the recipe book? Are we missing a step? Was it more man than wife and daughters? Or should we have just used women? Why does it still end up tasting off?

I heard for situations like these it’s best to start from scratch.
