Aroma Of Delicious Food
...roast turkey and gravy are so rich
On the table, what do I see?
A heap of food so inviting to me.
There's roast turkey and gravy so rich,
Mashed potatoes and carrots β what a pitch!
The aroma wafts and fills the air,
Making saliva gather, do beware.
And as I look around the table,
I spot pies, cakes, and sweets so capable.
Chocolate cake with frosting so creamy,
Pumpkin pie that looks so dreamy.
The food is piled high with care,
It looks like a feast so rare.
Soon the guests will arrive and dine,
Savoring every flavor divine.
But until then, I'll just gaze and adore,
The table full of food β nothing more.
