Apple Delights

An Ode to the Fruit of Many Wonders

Apples, oh apples, so sweet and so tart,

A treasure trove of health, right from the start.

Fiber and vitamins, they're packed to the core,

Keeps the doctor away, so they say, and more.

Crunchy and juicy, a delight to the taste,

They make for a snack that's never a waste.

From pies to cider, they're so versatile,

In salads or sauces, they never fail to beguile.

Low in calories, a dieter's best friend,

Yet so satisfying, they'll see you through to the end.

With antioxidants and nutrients galore,

Apples are nature's gift, we cannot ignore.

So here's to the apple, in red, green, or gold,

A fruit of many wonders, a story untold.

In every bite, a promise of health and glee,

Apples, oh apples, how wondrous you be!
