Through a stormy sea

Shingle pulsating slowly o er lapping waves

Sun danced sand glimmer light-strewn.

Algae covered green rock sun baked

Washed shingle pushed against rock,

Frothed fuelled waves as tide rises.

Wind-blown clouds of storm gather

Anger mimicked waves now crash around-

Oh still my heart.

Mimicking waves of hate and torment-

to be silenced on a stilled shore-

of calm again, for tranquil sun to light diamond sea-

back to peace

oh tranquillity- the waves of my pulsating soul-

stilled

The wind blows up again across the sea

The cold wraps all around me

The sea back angry waves abound

My heart beating to the angry sound

The wind backs down to an eerie silence

My heart backs down no more violence

Back again to a tranquil calming sound

No more waves to abound-The waves of my pulsating soul-

STILLED........
