Rain pounds roses from
the earth; wind-swept flames wear them
as a scorched perfume.

Stunning! I love this.
Beautifully done! Congratulations!
Congratulations on your achievement! I'm so proud of you for all the hard work and dedication that led you to this moment.
Congratulations! Evocative.
Love the juxtaposition of the forceful downward movement "rain pounds" with "roses." For a moment, my mind reads "roses" as the verb--don't think I've ever consciously made the connection between those two forms of the word. Cool, lush image. Hope you keep puzzling with this one, there's more for you to un-earth:) Congrats.
Lovely! Congratulations! xx
The imagery and the creativity, and the way I can now smell and experience this language, is so special. What a wonderful haiku. Congratulations!
Elegantly done. The fact that you kept all four elements within one haiku is masterful! I applaud you 👏
Such a vivid image. Really well done!
