It’s natural to question if prioritizing ourselves is selfish. However, it’s essential to understand that self-care isn’t selfish; it’s necessary for our mental and emotional health.

Surrounding ourselves with positive influences and avoiding toxic relationships isn’t selfish; it’s self-preservation.

By focusing on activities and relationships that nourish us and bring joy, we’re investing in our growth and happiness.

Recognizing and distancing ourselves from individuals who drain our energy and manipulate our emotions isn’t selfish; it’s self-protection.

It’s vital to set boundaries and prioritize our well-being, even if it means letting go of unhealthy connections.
