.Many meanings, enigmatic phrases

suspended in multiple

interpretations, never quite

settling, dominance

undecided. Meaning

unfettered from expected symbols,

set loose to roam freely,

dancing across the floor

with every eligible

(and some iffy) partner,

tango-two-stepping the Charleston

with a jellyroll into the cha-cha-cha

Box steps are for rhymers counting their footfalls,

oblivious to the music flowing

when cadence catches context,

sets the night alight with the flames of youth

coining colorful phrases, heads thrown back,

laughter bubbling up, effervescent emotion

distilled into distant daydreams,

expanding.
