Always Mean

They mean a lot to me 

Not sure if there is any other way to see

Maybe you will disagree 

Or perhaps this is a plea

Might be time to flee

Or someone might make a decree 

Some goals we need to achieve 

Good points to perceive 

It might be me they grieve

Never know what they have up their sleeve

Maybe they will decide to leave 

Or it will be me they receive 

I will be the one they need 

Whichever way you look at it they mean a lot to me
