In the race of life, I'm always in a hurry,
Chasing time, a constant flurry.
Minutes fly, like birds in flight,
Days blend into restless night.
The clock's cruel hands, they never pause,
I run through life, without a cause.
Tasks and to-dos, a never-ending chase,
No time to breathe, no peaceful space.
In haste, I miss the morning's glow,
The gentle fall of evening snow.
Moments slip through a fingers tight,
Lost in the blur of frantic flight.
To slow the pace and simply be.
