All That is Hidden

Some secrets are better left unrecovered

Dare, if you will, to reveal all that is hidden

reach out in your dreams to find her

one elusive barn owl lurking in the shadows

Do you even dare to reveal all that is hidden?

I wonder if knowledge always means power

one elusive barn owl lurking in the shadows

she is the gatekeeper to everything unknown

Does having knowledge really make you powerful?

Raptors silently glide against the midnight sky

she is the gatekeeper to everything unknown

with no interest at all in human encounters

Raptors silently glide against the midnight sky

far sighted with binocular vision, scouting for prey

with never any interest at all in human encounters

but we cannot grasp the concept of leaving well enough alone

Far sighted with binocular vision, scouting for prey

her concept of reality; imminent change, death, darkness

Must you decide to not leave well enough alone?

She will show you the path most choose not to step upon

Her concept of reality; imminent change, death, darkness

The sound of a creaking door is just her attuned chatter

She will show you the path most choose not to step upon

I wonder if you can accept what you very well may find

The sound of a creaking door is just her attuned chatter

One barn owl's flight is not for those who are weak minded

Are you willing to accept what you may stumble upon?

As I said before, some secrets are best left undiscovered
