All for One and One for All

Thoughts on Race

Why was I raised to believe that my skin color defines me?

Why was I raised to believe in stereotypes?

Why was the first word from my culture that I used, a racial slur?

Why has my culture made me believe I can "get away with anything" just because my complexation is white?

Why have I been trained to only see race?

Why have other people with the same skin tone hated others solely based on the color of their skin? The way they speak?

What a strange world it would be if we were all one in the same.

Embrace everything in one and other... our differences are our strengths.

Color is just that, something we see with the naked eye.

I would love to see every color besides skin tone.

Skin tone is not your name. Race does not define your every action, only your culture and traditions.

Why can't we all celebrate together instead of believing that the only people whom are our equals are the ones that look the same.

The only way to end the ways of society is to come together.

ALL FOR ONE, AND ONE FOR ALL.
