Inhale and exhale,
The breath of Vitality,
An inward cycle.
Trees reach for the sky,
Exchanging gases for life,
All within balance.
Winds frolic on skin
Chilling and warming all souls
As the seasons change.
Both fierce and gentle,
Burning lungs and calming them,
Action dependent.
