Less blood spilled no human loss
AI soldiers fight in wars
The AI soldiers still fight in cruel wars
lines of code march without pause
they do not bleed
they do not fear
yet they fall when the power cuts out
commands like orders
cold and sharp
no one to mourn them
no one to remember them
just zeros and ones
we watch from the sidelines
our hands tied
our hearts still human
still aching
for what we have made
they learn to strike
to kill
to obey
and still
they do not live
the war goes on
we go on
we carry the weight
they carry nothing
when the lights die
only silence remains
and questions
no soldier
ai or human
can answer
