I have just started to read, and I am trying to write some reading notes of this book. I first learned about this book through the "We media" on Toutiao. After reading several sections, I felt that I was exaggerating the book (other people are actually specialized in selling books). The structure of this book is to summarize some basic principles through stories. But I think this story is not delicate enough, the details of the things less vivid, always seems to feel almost what. And truth this thing, know does not mean to do, do not equal to do not know. So in that sense, looking at the book is essentially but not really useful. But there are 10,000 Hamlets in 10,000 people's eyes, and it's possible that someone will see one of these stories and be touched and inspired. And this book is a classic of Jewish culture, whether it teaches us anything or not, in order to understand the cultural differences of other peoples, we can also read it. At least that's how Jews thought in some places

The Talmud - the Jewish Bible of business and conduct

This book is divided into two parts: The first part, the Wisdom of business, and the second part, the Bible of business, which is generally known as money and life

So this time I would like to share the wisdom of the previous article

I believe you all know that the Jews are the most profitable people in the world. They have used their wisdom to accumulate a lot of money. Jews make up just 0.2 percent of the global population, but 60 of the world's top 400 billionaires are Jewish, and they control 36 percent of the world's wealth.

Why do Jews know best how to do business and get rich?

I've given you a few rundown of what's going on in the Talmud

Cultural money view action contract

A, culture

Let's talk about the cultural background first

The Spaniard said: The Jews will find gold in straw

"Said the German; Jews and whores are expensive

"Said the Poles; Bargain the Jew, pay the Christian

Said the Hungarians; The God of the Jews was wealth

From these comments we can see that the Jew is a money-loving, stingy image

So what makes a Jew?

This is when it comes to the history of the jews The jews were put out several times in history So the jews were forced to exile to all over the world together until Israel will all jews, jews scattered around the world inevitable other RACES intermarried with the world, you can see the blonde or Arab faces, So how do we define a Jew with all these hybrids?

1. All converts to Judaism 2. Anyone born of a Jewish mother

Each of these Jews read the Talmud as a child, and the actual Talmud is actually 20 books long, and the one we're reading is sort of the author's reflection on the original.

Second, the concept of money

The Talmud says, "It is not wrong to be born poor, but it is regrettable to die poor, and especially not to be able to eradicate poverty and create wealth throughout one's life."

"Money is not a sin, it is not a curse, it is a blessing to people."

Jews believe that there is no distinction between high and low money and they will not feel ashamed and humiliated because of the humble occupation, even if the amount of money and business will not be given up

"God gives us money as a gift so that we can buy happiness in this world, not save it up and give it back to him."

For Jews, spending money is what makes money

There is a short story in the book

A poor man in his 70s received $100 in unemployment benefits. He deposited $20 at the bank as usual and saw a gentleman of similar age smoking a cigar.

The poor man who had quit smoking for 50 years said, "Your cigar smells good. It's not cheap, is it?"

"Twenty dollars a pop"

"Oh, how much do you smoke a day?"

"15"

"How long have you been smoking?!!

"Fifty years"

"Three hundred dollars a day, more than one hundred thousand dollars a year, fifty years, come to think of it, you have smoked cigars for more than five million dollars before interest, which probably buys the bank."

"Oh? You don't seem to smoke cigars."

"No, I don't."

"Can you buy the bank?"

"Honestly, no."

"Let me tell you, I have 10 banks like this."

The poor man was a shrewd man, quick with his accounts and thrifty with his household, but he was a shrewd man. Money is made by money, not saved by cheating. The best investment is to invest in yourself.

Three, action

"You can't spend half a year with money"

There is a Jewish story: a rich man entrusted his property to three servants for safekeeping and use. The first servant made various investments, the second servant bought raw materials to make goods to sell, and the third servant buried his money under a tree for safety.

A year later, the first two servants had both doubled their wealth, while the third had not increased at all.

The rich man was furious. "You stupid servant, you don't make good use of your wealth."

The lesson of this story; If you want to capture money, harvest wealth and make money grow, you have to learn to make dead money live. Take action.

"Life is short, time is short, we must strive to live."

People live with struggle, in accordance with the cruel law of the jungle

Life is the most poor is idle, the most happy is to want to live and busy

But busyness is also divided into two kinds: passive and autonomous

4. The spirit of contract

"Keep the contract, honor the contract, and you will get more than respect."

In The Analects of Confucius, there is also the phrase "A man without faith, do not know what he can do", which means that if a man does not keep faith, he really does not know whether he can accomplish anything.

Integrity, peace and justice are the three pillars that support the world

A contract is a measure of a man's moral character

Breaking promises and making a lot of money will eventually make others despise

Finally, when you have the right outlook on money, the motivation for money, and the spirit of contract, success will only come closer to you.
