Addicted

I should eat. “No you shouldn’t.”

I’m hungry. “No your not.”

Why am I doing this to myself. “because it’s for the best”

I’m tired of feeling hungry. “Are we”

I’ll eat tomorrow. “No we won’t”.

Are we addicted to this feeling.“ possibly”

Hunger does it make me happy. “ yes”

Our hair is falling out. “we’re just getting closer to success”

But we’re always tired. “it just means it’s working”.

Why hasn’t nobody noticed, “I’m crying out for help”.

Eat , she says Eat, Eat , please Eat . “I’m trying but it won’t let me ”

I’m too Addicted . “I can’t,” “I won’t.”

Hunger is all we feel. “It’s for the best”

We’re in pain . “It means it’s working.” Are we really addicted to hunger. “Yes”

Are we ever going to change. “I hope so”.
