Absurd dream

I had a dream that was quite absurd

Where I flew through the air like a bird

But instead of wings, I had a kite

And I soared through the sky in the middle of the night

I was chased by a giant banana split

But I evaded it with ease, not missing a beat

I flew through a cloud shaped like a shark

And landed on a rainbow that was a work of art

As I walked along the rainbow's arc

I came across a talking tree, who was quite stark

It told me stories of a land beyond the sky

Where everything was upside down and never went dry

I laughed and danced and sang with glee

Until I woke up, and the dream was just a memory

But it left me feeling full of joy and delight

And I can't wait for the next crazy dream in the night.
