A true poem due to stupid men
I am sick of being approached on social media

No Thank You
In shadows where the poets dwell,
I weave my words, my heart to swell.
Yet here they come, with fleeting gaze,
Chasing illusions in a fervent haze.
But know, dear suitors, heed my decree,
My heart is bound; I’m not free.
In sacred vows, my spirit shines,
A love so fierce, it boldly binds.
Your whispers are but shadows cast,
A fleeting touch that cannot last.
For I’m here for poetry, pure and bright,
My passion deepens in the quiet night.
So take your flattery, your earnest schemes,
This poet’s heart is woven with dreams.
In verses rich, my soul takes flight,
For love is steadfast, both day and night.
With a husband dear, I'm never alone,
In love's warm embrace, I’ve truly grown.
So, step aside and let me be,
In ink and rhyme, I craft my glee.
For I am married to my muse so true,
And that, dear suitors, does not include you.
