A Teacher

Poem

By BijanPublished 2 years ago • 1 min read

A teacher You seemed to weave tight threads of learning in the early soft light of the morning. An anchor of hope and a lighthouse guide through life shifting sands. Your seeds, take root, grow, and breed confinement in minds filled with soil. Fires burn with a spark and your tending; they become endless journeys in learning. Awake from the vast and deep patience and wisdom. Throughout the rough disguise, he can see the diamond. The lessons learned and stories told are bridges that take one to dimensions beyond. Every page and every phrase, open countless doors to shaping the future. You occasionally receive praise, but your light, clear and quiet, is unlike a hero, pretty much always. For you hold the form of sacred in your hands: teaching, nurturing, touching hearts.
