The blanket warm sun blinds one with happiness
It’s meaning invites all into wonderful organized cautious
The screechs of running children hold a certain specialness
Parents chase behind arms outstretched with hilarious
Lost bonds are found with the renewed time generously fast
They strengthen within with new found fulfillment
Gatherings are held dear each moment more than the last
As seconds tick by many moan with oncoming season resentment
Nurishment crowds many around the table with mouth watering allurement
Fueling the energy of splashing and horseplaying
The night shines in eye catching dazzling enchantment
Bewitching its viewers close in a family huddle as they begin cuddling
Summers inevitable end approaches leaving its lovers earning
In a blink the leaves change with peoples newfound family binding

The last time I laughed so hard that my belly hurt was ___________ Rupi Kaur's Gratitude Writing Prompts When I was 24 and going to a women's support group we would laugh, I would go home with a sore face and sore sides. Why? I wasn't used to smiling or laughing. After a few months of doing that, I never have a sore face, sides, or belly from laughing as I laugh enough.
