A Strange relationship

For Poppy's Prompts | #9

By Karan w. Published 2 years ago 1 min read

I was walking in the garden I heard the cry of crows under the cedar tree. I was surprised, I saw a crow was lifeless on the ground There was a female crow and three small crows around him. Their fast and Heartfelt sorrow was echoing in the air The crow was dead. Seeing his three children and his mother mourning for their dead father, I remember that day When my father died one day while screaming from cancer. I was crying like this sitting with my mother. Just like the condolences of crows. As soon as I reached them Their screams slowed down, and I stood silently, I did not want to interfere in their moment of grief. Eventually, the crows flew away, and left an incomplete story behind, Just as the deceased crow had left the ocean of sorrows and sufferings. I buried the crow in the garden there. And left with a heavy heart Author note:- This poem is full of imagination. It has no connection with reality. And this is my entry for Poppy's Prompt #9
