“Progress doesn’t always shout —

sometimes it whispers.

Even on your slowest days,

you’re still moving forwards.”

It is very often true

that the slower the progress,

the stronger the progress.

“Progress”

is defined as advancement toward a goal,

so whether it is fast or slow,

it is still advancement.

This applies

to every aspect of our lives.

Taking small steps

very often shows

discipline and careful planning.

Focusing on smaller ‘achievements’

builds up confidence in ourselves,

which is always ‘progress’.

Slow and steady progress

is strong and sure progress.

It is vital

for our personal fulfillment and development.

Quiet progress is powerful,

not just for today

but also for the future.

Even slowly,

we are still moving forwards in our lives.
