In the depths of the shadowed soul, where whispers linger like ghosts,

A poignant dance unfolds, a tale of melancholy boasts.

The canvas painted with hues of the midnight sky,

A poem about depression, where heavy hearts comply.

Beneath the weeping willow, where tears of sorrow weep,

The verses echo softly, secrets that they keep.

Each line a poignant soliloquy, a symphony of despair,

In the realm of the broken, where hope is all too rare.

The ink spills like tears upon the parchment of the mind,

Capturing the essence of the darkness intertwined.

Through metaphors and allegories, the pain finds its voice,

A poignant melody of anguish, a choice without a choice.

Yet, within these verses, a flicker of resilience lies,

As words become a lifeline, ascending towards the skies.

For in the act of creation, a healing balm is found,

A poetic journey through despair, where strength is unbound.
