Beneath the city's neon glow,

A saxophone whispers, sweet and low.

Jazz notes flutter in the midnight air,

A rhythmic tale, beyond compare.

The saxophone, a golden thread,

Weaves stories untold, a soulful spread.

In smoky clubs, where shadows sway,

The saxophone paints the night away.

Moonlight dances on polished brass,

As the jazzman's fingers gently trespass.

Notes ascend like a secret prayer,

A saxophone serenade in the cool night air.

The city's heartbeat, a syncopated rhyme,

Echoes through the streets, lost in time.

Saxophone wails, a bluesy cry,

Underneath the starlit urban sky.

In the jazzman's world, time suspends,

As improvisation never truly ends.

A saxophone's lament, a joyous plea,

Echoes through the city's heart, wild and free.
