A longing fulfilled.

It began, like a child's heart hoping at the start of a new day.

The light reaching out on the earth itself, bringing newfound revelation,

And hope stirred within all those who arose from the realm of slumber.

The promises of yesterday arose like stalks of barley,

Bursting forth from the crevices of the earth.

The dew droplets pitter pattered from the leaves of abundant green,

As other seeds scattered had yet to produce what others hoped to sow.

The very atmosphere itself seemed prosperous and joyful,

With the sound of the song birds performing their usual rounds.

The day, was good.

It was a day of high hopes and many expectations,

A day of peace while the streams of water trailed,

Continuing to flow down the depths of the river.

The splashing of waters revitalizing the life of the soil,

And the hearts of many were both satisfied and content.

Promises fulfilled, are like a tree of life.

Despite the constant storms in the heavens,

And the downpouring of the rain,

All of it was merely preparation,

For the day to shine all the clearer,

Hope to shine all the brighter,

And love to care, all the more.

Life, is a constant shifting of the times and seasons,

Each season and time is there for a reason,

And to its own purpose.

May we be wise to perceive it,

And respond to it as such.
