A Solitary Gem in a World of Isolation

Amidst the crowd, a solitary soul,

A lonely rarity shines, with grace that is whole.

Its form, so unique, its magic so grand,

Its worth more than gold, with a beauty so planned.

*

But in its solitude, it's lost to the world,

Left to be hidden, its beauty unfurled.

Its rarity unappreciated, its magic unknown,

A lonely rarity, standing all alone.

*

It longs for a touch, a gentle embrace,

A connection with someone, to share in its space.

But the world passes by, indifferent to its plight,

Leaving it to suffer, in its lonely plight.

*

Oh lonely rarity, your beauty we miss,

A solitary gem, in a world of isolation and abyss.
