The Golden Ratio
When you wake up super happy every day, Socrates called it Eudaimonia, which is a beautiful life. And if you think about beauty, like when you say somebody's beautiful or see a beautiful landscape or architecture, it's all about the ratio. We call it the golden ratio (1 + Square root of√5)/2, often denoted by the Greek letter ϕ or τ, which is approximately equal to 1.618.), which describes the hip-to-waist ratio, the shoulder-to-waist, etc. Humans look at patterns. So when we say a woman is beautiful, subconsciously, we look at ratios. And this extends to life. If all you do is focus on money and neglect your body, your ratios will be out of whack, and your health will suffer. That's why it's so important to maintain balance and keep all your buckets full. It's all about the balance of proper ratios.
