A Healing Touch Poem

The World Speaks

By kamecia tuttPublished 9 years ago 1 min read

The waters roar

The birds sound

The waters turn brown

Listen to the waters as they speak

They Moan

They Groan

They cry

They hope and long for a healing touch.

The trees cry

The trees die

The birds frown

Listen to the waters.

The Moan

They Groan

They Cry

They hope and long for a healing touch.

The wilderness cries

Touch us they speak

Heal us they say

We wonder how long it might take

Comfort us, they smile

Hold us, they frown

We wonder if it is the last day.

We need a healing touch, they say.

The waters roar

The birds sound

The vibrations rise

The waters turn brown

The trees cry

The trees die

Comfort us please,

They smile

Hold us, they frown

We wonder how much longer.

We need a healing touch.
