A Gift Of Life
Through her sadness, I got back my life

A Gift Of Life
A stranger’s kindness reached through pain,
Through tears that fell like steady rain,
A mother’s heart, though called to rest,
Still gave another’s life its best.
No words could ever quite repay
The gift you chose that difficult day,
When sorrow stood beside your door,
You opened hope for someone more.
Your mother’s love did not just end,
It found a way to gently bend,
Into another beating chest,
A living sign of her very best.
I carry gratitude each day,
For the life she helped along the way,
Though sadness walks where loss has been,
Her light still shines from deep within.
A piece of her remains alive,
Helping another soul survive,
A legacy both strong and true,
Made possible because of you.
So thank you from my grateful heart,
For choosing love when torn apart,
Your mother’s gift will always be
A treasured part of humanity.
The tears you shed, the price you paid,
Will never let her memory fade,
For every breath and every smile
Reflects her kindness all the while.
Though grief and joy may walk as one,
Her story is not fully done,
She lives within the life she saved,
A beautiful path of love she paved.
She gave me a future and my life
