A GATHERING OF ANGELS
Neuro Art by Marie381Uk
They gathered without a sound,
Where coloured wings were found,
No trumpets called their name,
Yet still the angels came.
One carried shades of blue,
One wore a golden hue,
One dressed in deepest red,
With purple wings outspread.
They came from far away,
From night and breaking day,
Each bringing something small,
A little hope for all.
One carried someone’s prayer,
One brought a heart to share,
One held a fallen tear,
And whispered, “I am here.”
They gathered close that night,
A circle made of light,
No angel stood above,
For all were born of love.
The darkest wings belonged
To one who’d suffered long,
Yet darkness could not hide
The beauty held inside.
Then slowly, one by one,
They vanished with the sun,
But left upon the ground
Their colours all around.
So if you feel alone,
And think you’re on your own,
Look closely—you may find
An angel left behind.
