"A Final Goodbye To the one who never truly know me"
Pain in the heart

Dear you,
Did you know I lived like a princess — Grace in my steps, a crown that never slipped, Holding the reins of my life with pride, A basket of apples — ripe, golden, and rich — More than your world ever touched or tried.
From a distance, I saw you standing there, And something in me began to break. My heart, once guarded, melted bare — I saw a future in your eyes, for heaven’s sake.
Despite the echoes screaming “don’t,” I silenced reason and chose you. I picked the smallest apple, Cradled it like a vow, And left behind a kingdom that would’ve served me somehow.
You smiled from afar, so sweet, so shy — An illusion I thought was love in bloom. And I ran — barefoot through my goodbye, Into a dream that turned into my doom.
But when I arrived, Apple still warm in hand, You looked through me — Like I was air, like I was sand. Already holding another’s palm, While I stood there — Lost, alone, and calm… on the outside.
Inside? I was crumbling. Because I couldn’t go back — To the castle I abandoned. And I never belonged — To the love I believed was mine.
So what do you call this? A sin? A shame? For trusting, for loving, for giving you a name , higher than you ever deserved?
Was I foolish — To offer my all to someone , Who couldn’t even earn a bite of the apple I carried?
Who are you — To ruin someone like me , And still sleep at night , As if hearts don’t bleed quietly?
If we meet in another life, Look me in the eyes , And tell me — Who were you then? And who did I become because of you? But until that day, No hate. No revenge, Just this: A final goodbye. For everything you were never worthy of.
