A Dream Unseen...

Words and deeds aren’t always enough.

I see the beauty of a soul through your eyes,

with stories that have yet to be told,

places that have yet to be seen.

A dream on a bucket list,

waiting to be experienced.

Because I’m afraid to look at the finished product,

A dream I’ve always longed for.

Was this just a dream?

Will this desire always remain a dream?

Please, say it’s not so.

Please, say I can still experience it.

Is it near? Will it happen? Has it already happened?

Is there hope?
