A Diet for January 2025

Oh, Christmas came and went so fast,

The feasting felt like it would last.

Pies and pudding, chocolate too,

Now my jeans say, “What did you do?”

The scales don’t lie, they tell the tale,

Of festive treats and mulled wine ale.

Weight Watchers, help me, hear my plea,

To shed this weight and set me free.

Salads, plans, and steps to take,

New habits now, no more cake.

January’s here, I’ll start today,

And make this extra weight go away.

Thank God For Weight Watchers ♥️
