When Nas used to ride around in car 85. I was riding around in a car named chives.

I joked and said it was a car that my family had, but it was really just a dope Camaro that Danny had.

When you stepped in this car it really transformed ya. It almost looked like bumblebee from the Transformers.

This car was the cleanest and a best kept secret, everywhere we went everyone who saw it had to peep it.

Any place Danny took Chives looked like a car show, every eye that laid on Chives had to follow.

It was funny to us, all the girls who saw Chives stuck to it like bees to honey to us.

If we’d pull up to the drive through, all the fellas looked at it like it was something they had to drive too.

One minute they would say Chives is so stylish, the next minute they tried figure out Chives’ mileage.

Man chives really was a beast of a car and everybody out there wanted a piece of this car.

Chives was the type of car you took on a vacation and then that vacation became a stay-cation.

A smooth ride with plenty of room to breath. And once inside, you never ever wanted to leave.

In Chives prime we continued to live it up, but Danny boy decided that it was time to give it up.

In a funny way it seemed kind of scary right? Until I realized Danny gave up Chives for married life.

I thought that was very honorable mister, you’re giving up this car to marry my sister.

Chives was like family right? But Danny had to trade it in for a car that fit family life.

To this day we never dissed that car, we even joke about how much we really miss that car.

A very cool addition to these young men’s crazed lives, we’ll always remember a car that we love named Chives.
