Help Me? Mental Health

Can no one hear my cry for help?

Where are my friends, my family —

when I need you most?

My mind is a storm,

my heart a heavy stone.

You said, “See the doctor,”

so I did —

but his pills sit me still,

dizzy and dull,

tired in my chair.

This isn’t me.

I was once a spark,

energetic, carefree —

until the day my health died.

I was me —

happy old me.

Now I am a mess,

and no one will help.

Hello Can you hear me? Can anyone one?
