A Black Man's Soul...

The sun is free , but you must pay to be in the shade.

I'm supposed to Lose myself,

Over what was already mine...

I'm Supposed to eradicate

My own mind...

Why encourage me to

Sink into the shadows...

When they say Freedom

Of speech is gratis...

Was it my nonignorant reply,

That kept you from a negative

Advantage?

My ancestors Didn't have the toleration,

To sit and Write These Brutally honest verbalized phrases, but I have time today!

What I'm worth is not measured by

What I'm Good at.

Show him something that is Good for him and

Send it with a sacrifice!

Simple labor somehow, but it still

Turns out with a sweat...

It may only last a moment but you will remember it for the rest of your life.

Aspire to keep dear

But agitation steals the Prize!

When do you wake up to acknowledge

That freedom ain't free...

You're still on a leash,

Everybody's Checking

In to somebody...

Financial Freedom

Is not Really Free...

Make a Difference

By Being yourself...

Don't let the media

Make you want to be someone else!

They say when you see the Birds fly

Someone was just released...

I Am Something Unique!

BUT THEY CALL ME UNCOMMON...
